Come reconnect with your body lovingly, release mind + body tension, and find deep inner peace through this nourishing healing experience. This class focuses on fostering holistic healing, feminine wellness, sound therapy, somatic (body based) connection, and integrated mind-body-spirit harmony.


Please plan to arrive around 7:15pm to set up + get settled!

Doors are locked at 7:35pm.


What to Expect:

-Starting with guided meditation + grounding into presence

-Sound healing with crystal singing bowls

-Ending with gentle somatic (body) stretching + conscious movement

-Trauma-informed, nurturing environment



What to Bring:

-Yoga mat, towel, or blanket to lie on

-comfy clothes

-optional eye mask or eye pillow (extra eye pillows available!)

-optional cozy blanket to have on top (extra blankets available)

-optional pillow or towel for head or knees (extra towels available)

-open heart
